A: Depending on your town or city, there may be a permit requirement applicable. RJ Concrete will take care of the cost and help you acquire the permit for your concrete work, unless agreed otherwise.
Q: How long does it take to get a permit?
A: The duration to get a permit can range from the same day up to 10 business days.
Q: What is required from the homeowner to get a permit?
A: A copy of plat of survey is required from the homeowner to get a permit.
Q: What type of concrete is used?
A: The standard concrete used for residential and commercial project is a 6 bag 4000 psi, unless something else is specified. Gravel and wire mesh may be used, depending on the project requirement.
Q: How long does it take to complete the project upon receipt of the permit?
A: Once the permit is received, it can take anywhere from 1-3 days, depending on the size of the project.
